Ack!
By Jerry • Jul 23rd, 2007 • Category: Personal RamblingsPlease excuse my lack of updates over the past few days. My computer suffered a complete failure, and I’ve just gone through the process of getting everything backed up-burned to DVD, switched, swapped and safely stored.
Hopefully I’ll be back to a routine in the next day or two, because of course, the fact I couldn’t use my computer didn’t stop me from making and photographing a few really nice dishes that I’ve been dying to share with you!
I hope your week started off better than mine has.
Jerry is the epitome of cooking without a plan. As a matter of fact, he secretly wishes he could participate in an Iron Chef America episode, simply because it is one place where he wouldn't feel at all out of place. Not knowing the ingredients beforehand doesn't make him nervous at all. Of course, the reality is that he'd probably lose and look entirely foolish, but hey, it would still be fun!

Computers are evil, bucktoothed evil. I have a fresh (4 months old) OS and am still getting lockups and junk. Last night it was telling me my network cable was unplugged, it wasn’t. I suppose that’s what I get for a technology all based upon magic.

sometimes I honestly agree, Rev! In this case it was something i should have seen coming, but was foolish enough to think I could put off for a while. Luckily I’d just finished backing up a bunch o’ my personal settings, so things went pretty smoothly
