Did everyone catch their chance to see the lovely and talented Pim of Chez Pim on Iron Chef America last night?  If not you missed out.  Not only was Pim lovely and just as sweet on the show as she is in her comments and blogging skills, but she got to sit next to “The man Who Ate Everything”!  How cool is that?

It’s nice to see that Food Network is starting to recognize food bloggers.  First we have the Amateur Gourmet, Adam Roberts doing a weekly Food Network website feature, now the lovely Pim as a judge in America’s premiere cooking reality show. (Sorry to all you Top Chef lovers out there, but Iron Chef has my vote as #1.)

Next perhaps we’ll get to see Elise and her family whipping something up on the air.  That would be wicked!  Maybe Dr. Biggles will end up with his own series, titled something really cool like “It’s all about the meat.”  What?  It could happen!

Hey!  How about a food network special on food bloggers in general? That would be wicked fun, especially for the rest of us food blogger types. (myself excluded of course.  I doubt they’ll let the #1 Bobblehead Basher anywhere near their network, but that’s OK.  I can live vicariously through everyone else.)

Well, I’ve neglected posting any recipes for a few days (They call it a weekend…  Who knew!), so it’s time to get some actual food up on the site, and i’ve got a really nice one for the day.
