That is to say that this week I was joined by Becke, the Columbus Foodie in the weekly quest to conquer the food budget.  I’ve gotten comments and emails from others on the subject, so I’m sure next week we’ll see a more robust collection of recipes, but I’ve got to tell you, Becke pulled off one heck of a comfort food sensation with her Southwest Mac and Cheese.  As a matter of fact, it looks so darned good that I have it slated for sometime next week myself!

Of course I’ll be talking about all of this tomorrow at the offical Frugal Fridays site, but hey, you can’t blame me for doin’ a little bragging on my newest project, can you?
