Lifelock

I know this isn’t food related, but bear with me for a moment.  As someone who is currently dealing with identity theft, I think it is important to take a moment and consider your options in this arena, and even more important to do something about it. Lifelock could be the answer.

While I grant that in my case the person in question only got me for $90.00, it could have been much, much worse.  How they got my information is still something I haven’t figured out, but they got cable TV in a town 700 miles from where I live, in a different state, for 6 months, and it was on my dime.

You’ve probably seen Lifelock on television. it’s the service that the owner is so sure will work for you that he advertises his own social security number and pretty much begs someone to try and use it to their advantage. That kind of confidence is something I admire, and having my good name covered for up to One million dollars isn’t something I’m going to sneeze at! In the process, they claim that you’ll receive less junk mail, fewer credit card offers, (Oh, please! I could deal with a lot fewer of those!) and all of this protection is only $10.00 per month. Shoot over to the website ad see if Lifelock’s services are a good fit for you.

I know I’m thinking about it!

i’m glad you posted this! i’m in the middle of researching other options for monitoring our credit and at $10/month this is definitely an option!

    ashley,
It’s a scary feeling to see those charges on your statement. Even scarier when you realize that you’re going to have to file police reports and jump through a million hoops to get them taken care of. I’ve been thinking about signing up myself. As a matter of fact, my wife and I have been talking it over for about a month now.
