Thai food is somewhat of a mystery to me. I’ve seen it made, and even tried whipping some together myself from time to time, but I’ve never gotten it right… Not yet at least. I’ll keep trying, trust me. I like it that much.

For now at least, I’ll either be getting my Thai at a restaurant (Not happnin’ in W.F. Texas!) or I’ll be getting my fix through CurrySimple, who offer a great line of packaged Thai cuisine. Sure, you can grab something in a pouch at the market that “says” it’s Pad Thai (and trust me, I have, with very forgettable results) or you can order the Pad Thai Starter Kit from CurrySimple and whip out 15 servings of great noodles for less than the cost of takeout.

To top off the great meal kits, they’re also selling a nice line of curry sauces, and just like the rest of their products, they’re all made from fresh ingredients in Thailand, then packaged and shipped. How’s that for authentic?
