The Original Diva Is Back!

OK, maybe some will have an issue with this, but I absolutely adore Cher. My love affair with The Diva began with the Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour in the early 70’s and was rekindled with Cher’s comeback in the 80’s. “Turn Back Time” earned her a fan for life. As a matter of fact, her song “Dov’é l’Amore” is mine and my lovely and beautiful wife’s song. (Yes, we have “The Song”… What?)
Now ladies and gents, I have the honor of announcing that The Diva has come out of retirement. She not only has a new show at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Los Vegas Starting in May, but…

I think I’ve been granted a gift from the Almighty. Not only is The Diva back, but that whiny little Canadian thing got booted for it to happen!?! Really. someone up above is watching out for us!
Anyway, if you’re planning to head to Vegas anytime soon, you can grab Cher tickets at Caesar’s Palace Las Vegas and have a truly great experience. I wish I could be there! As a matter of fact, if it turns out we’re going to be stationed out that way (We’ll know in a month), I’ll be booking tickets myself. I don’t get starstruck, but I would love to see The Diva perform live.
Jerry is the epitome of cooking without a plan. As a matter of fact, he secretly wishes he could participate in an Iron Chef America episode, simply because it is one place where he wouldn't feel at all out of place. Not knowing the ingredients beforehand doesn't make him nervous at all. Of course, the reality is that he'd probably lose and look entirely foolish, but hey, it would still be fun!
