For the love of chocolate… Dark chocolate
By Jerry • Jul 26th, 2008 • Category: Shopping AlertsYes, I do succumb to sponsored posts. There are those in the blogging world that would condemn me for it, but I challenge any one of those people to tell me that they wouldn’t do the same thing if that post was about dark chocolate. I mean, seriously. Dark chocolate is the center of the universe, culinarily speaking. There is nothing in the world of food that evokes such strong emotion, such passion, such mystique as dark chocolate, and I’ll pimp it every chance I get.
Enter The Chocolate Path, providers of chocolate gifts, with an emphasis on dark chocolate gifts. Any company that’s mission is top prove to the world that dark chocolate is something worthwhile is something that everyone should enjoy is worth my time in streading the word. This is simply someplace that anyone who loves chocolate has to go and visit!
On the plus side, dark chocolate is known to provide health benefits. It can lower blood pressure, for one. It can improve your mood, even in small quantities. Given on a first date, it can turn a bad night into a good one. given to your partner, “just because you wanted to”, is more effective and uplifting than roses. This stuff is magic!
So head over to The Chocolate Path, get some love in solid form, and enjoy the rest of your day. It’s worth it, no matter who you are.
Jerry is the epitome of cooking without a plan. As a matter of fact, he secretly wishes he could participate in an Iron Chef America episode, simply because it is one place where he wouldn't feel at all out of place. Not knowing the ingredients beforehand doesn't make him nervous at all. Of course, the reality is that he'd probably lose and look entirely foolish, but hey, it would still be fun!

Have you ever tried an all natural delicious dark belgium chocolate called “Xocai”? It is sweetened naturally with acai & blueberries & pure cane crystals? It is vegetarian & diabetic friendly & there is no lactose in any of the products & no gluten in most of them. I hope you have tried or get a chance to try this one of a kind chocolate. Have a great day!
I don’t understand why anyone should condemn you because of a sponsored post. What difference does it make? The chocolate looks great and it’s nice to have another resource to bookmark. The cooking store I go to has a small variety of chocolate, but nothing like this. Thanks for the heads up, Jerry.
Oh, and if that’s a screenshot of your monitor, JEEZ you have a lot of crap in your toolbar! Bwhahahaha! Sorry. Couldn’t resist.
kellypea,
there are actually quite a large number of A list bloggers that would. Of course, most of these people generate an income that makes my best efforts look like a kid with a lawn-mowing job, but they constantly do their best to make those of us who are still struggling to make a buck feel like we’ve somehow “sold out”. To them I say “Let them eat chocolate!”
And yes, that’s my monitor, or at least it was before my OS crashed. And just for your information…
I had four of my toolbars closed.
have a great one!
I have also heard that dark chocolate is better for chocolate cravings because it is richer so eating less fulfills your craving more. You get the benefits of chocolate without the extra sugar of milk chocolate and calories of eating a lot to satisfy your craving.
